NEW CASTLE - A Wampum man recently sentenced to nearly 40 years in prison in connection with an Ellwood City infant's 2017 death was among those charged in connection with a June inmate uprising at the Lawrence County Jail.Ĭhristopher Lee Kennedy, 41, pleaded guilty in June to charges of conspiracy to commit third-degree murder and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child less than 16 years old and was sentenced earlier this month to 18-36 years imprisonment.
